SEYCHELLES
Seychelles lies in the western part of the Indian Ocean, north of Madagascar and east of Mombasa, Kenya. Seychelles has the reputation of being the most beautiful tropical islands on earth. On the inner islands of Seychelles, granite boulders and dense forests entice the explorer inside, opening new worlds. The Seychelles outer islands are coral which are rich in variety. Solitude and unspoilt nature are the main attractions of these Indian Ocean islands, making Seychelles the ideal vacation for a tropical adventure. The Seychelles comprises 115 islands scattered over 1.3 million square kilometres of the Indian Ocean. When to Go
Seychelles enjoys a pleasant tropical climate all year round. The islands lie outside the cyclone belt and there are no extremes of weather. The gentle northwest trade winds blow from October to May. During this time the weather is hot and sea conditions are calm, ideal for diving and other water sports. The southeast trades blow from June to September, resulting in rougher seas and cooler weather.

Each of the 70 beaches has a different character. There are plenty of opportunities for walks through winding paths to appreciate the flora and fauna at close quarters. Victoria - Seychelles
Victoria is situated on the north-eastern coast of Mahé Island and is bounded on three sides by low mountains. Victoria is one of the smallest capital cities in the world, and the only major port in the Seychelles and is where the natural history museum, specializing in natural history is situated. Victoria can also be considered one of the quaintest and most charming, easily explored on foot. Relax in one of plenty of Victoria guesthouses offered at budget prices in the suburbs. This is also one of the best places on the island for relatively cheap eats, as well as the odd up-market, romantic restaurant.

La Digue - Seychelles
La Digue is the third-largest Granite Island in Seychelles. It is a half-hour trip from Praslin, or three hours by schooner from Mahé. The ox cart is the traditional way of transport, very few cars are allowed on the island and bicycles are therefore popular. In the "La Digue Veuve Reserve" one can observe the last group of black parrots living in their natural environment. Ornithologists estimate that about 100 of these birds live in a thickly overgrown jungle of palms and takamaka trees on the island. The natural beauty, tranquility and charm of its inhabitants make La Digue a very special island. It is the most photographed of all Seychelles’ islands. Visitors and film crew return there year after year.

Praslin - Seychelles
The second largest island of Seychelles is Praslin, about 40 kilometres from Mahé. Praslin is a favorite among visitors for its natural beauty, romance and charm as well as for its superb beaches. Excursions to Praslin include guided tours of the Valée de Mai, home of the famous ‘Coco de Mer’ palms with the evocative pelvis-shaped double nuts and the rare Black Parrot. Praslin is not as mountainous as Mahé. It also has great granite outcrops surrounded by beautiful beaches and a coral reef enclosing the crystal waters which are so typical of Seychelles. Flora and fauna thrive together in the heart of the Vallee de Mai, in a harmony of vanilla plants, the famous "coco de mer" and some of the rarest birds. In Praslin, you will find very comfortable hotels as well as various possibilities for renting bungalows. Praslin is a convenient starting point for visiting the neighboring islands. Nature lovers will be delighted by Praslin, especially the Vallee de Mai, an enchanting nature reserve. The famous "coco de mer" with their suggestive shapes grow in profusion here. They are, however, a protected species...
Enjoy your stay in Praslin by relaxing on its warm beaches of fine sand, in the shade of coconut trees, listening to the gentle murmur of the sea and the gay chirping of birds. The most effective antidote to stress!
